Barangaroo House x Peroni Flag Installation
Sydney, NSW
In this vibrant collaboration with Peroni and Moth Design, I was invited to create a bespoke series of large-scale textile artworks for Barangaroo House, one of Sydney’s most iconic venues perched on the waterfront.
The installation featured a bold collection of custom-designed flags suspended from the venue’s ceiling and extending into the open-air bar space. The artworks draw from Peroni’s brand palette, reimagined into striking, almost tribal compositions. Organic yet angular, the forms speak to rhythm, nightlife, and the layered pulse of Sydney’s urban energy.
The flags move gently with the breeze, creating a kinetic experience that responds to the surrounding architecture and atmosphere. By turning the ceiling into a canvas, the installation invites patrons to look up, pause, and engage with the space in a new, elevated way.
Designed as a limited-time installation, the project was part of a broader campaign celebrating Italian style, summer living, and Peroni’s strong connection to art and design. It added a unique visual signature to the venue; temporary, yet memorable.
